I woke up in a mood,
Not wanting to face the day or what’s left of it.
Irritated one second and then happy the next.
Ready to take on the day and get shit done to dreading the idea of getting out of bed and getting things shaking.
I woke up in a damn mood I can’t even begin to shake.
Do you know what that’s like?
To wake up and just feel out of it.
Where your thoughts run a race your actions can’t even begin to catch up with.
I need to talk to someone, but I don’t want to talk. I’m so sad, but don’t feel like doing what it takes to be happy.
I woke up in one hell of a mood.

If so I want you to know that we can be moody together.
Because damn does it help to feel everything at once and nothing at all.. with someone else who gets it just as much as you do.
Someone you can be completely open with.
Someone who is quiet and understanding.
Someone who even in your moods works with you in the midst of their own to pull you both out, together.
Maybe then you both might go to sleep in a better mood than you woke up in.
Because yes. You may have woken up in a mood, but nobody said you had to stay in one.
