Hi babes! I wanted to share a beautiful birthday brunch/dinner I hosted to celebrate my 23rd birthday. I’m so big on birthdays, so as each year passes — it’s always a really big deal to me. If you haven’t already, check out this post to find out what turning 23 this year means to me.
Back to the birthday brunch weekend recap.
This year, I was reeeeally feeling the birthday spirit (a little more than usual) and knew I wanted to do something really special. I wanted my guests to enjoy really good food and be in an environment that was comfortable for everyone. Wanting a lot of space to socialize with my guests, I knew I needed something private, but still spacious.
I ended up teaming up with the guys at Benjy’s; my latest favorite restaurant to get the job done. From the moment I shared my vision, all hands were on deck to make it come to life. The managers Gabby and Kaitlin, were so accommodating essentially letting me tweak certain things I didn’t like and add in the things I did.
My guests couldn’t stop raving about how impeccable the service and the food were, and neither could I (shout out to Guss the waiter). All in all, I had the most wonderful time surrounded by people I love on my special day. As for Benjy’s, I would recommend them a thousand times over for your restaurant/event location needs.
It was also very important to me this year to capture all the special moments during the celebration, so I could cherish for memories sake for years to come AND to share with you guys.
