You guys, I can’t even lie. I’m bursting at the seams with excitement, ready to get into deets on this top (that’s sure to steal the show wherever you are), but first.

Life update.

July is coming to a close and I can’t freaking wait particularly because,

1) I’m getting closer and closer to being done with summer school, so… more time to brunch with good girlfriends

2) A girlfriend of mine’s bachelorette party is coming up (so that obvi means fun drunk banter amongst babes) &

3) I’m just a sucker for the start of a new month. 

I am however, sad to have the series that I started the first Sunday in July come to a close. Missed the series? Have a look here to find out what it’s all about and why I started it.

Anyway.

Enough of the skirting around, let’s get into some fashion talk.

So this look.

It’s safe to say that purchasing this top a few weeks ago, was the best decision I’ve made ALL summer. Is that a bit dramatic and bold to say? Maybe. But it’s true!

You guys have been blowing up my comments and DM’s on Instagram, so there was no way I was going to leave y’all hanging too long. I love that off the pictures I shot and teased on the ‘gram alone, y’all fell in love just as easily as I did when I first saw the top.

I mean this is the top that will steal the freaking show at brunch. 

Speaking of when I first saw it. From the moment I laid my eyes on it online to when it made it’s way in my arms; I was in love.

Babes, what initially drew me to the top was the sleeves. I mean, c’mon. The sleeves are drama of the best kind. Just like a woman, they are drama; flirty; sensual; and too good to ever think about leaving alone.

The material of the top is light and airy, so though it’s long sleeved it still provides great room to breathe during my city’s sweltering heat. Being that this top would be perfect for brunch (cool environments and accessibility to H₂O, ya know?),  you’ll be more than sure to survive the heat if you have any doubts.

I finished off the look with simple pieces; the white mini and black heels.

This top is sure to steal the show and all your girlfriends hearts the next time y’all visit y’alls favorite brunch spot. BUT.
