It’s another Sunday in July babes, so I’m sure you know that means. Another entry in the More Jesus in July series, chatting about Christ, is what it means. As always, sharing new bible verses and their relevancy has been amazing. It’s presented me with the opportunity to dive deeper into the word and truly breakdown scriptures and the stories behind them. If you haven’t been able to check out the series, there’s still time! The last entry in this series is next week, so before it all comes to a close, catch up. Read up here, where it all started before next week’s final entry in the series.

Hello babes.
It’s Sunday, so I’m back with another entry in this five week series about incorporating More Jesus In July. As I’ve said previously, this series is something that means a great deal. Find out why I started it and the overall background behind the series, here.
Disclaimer: in no way, shape, or form am I trying to push my beliefs on anyone or offend anyone by this post. I’m sharing what I believe and my walk with my faith/religion. Read at your own discretion.
Happy Sunday babes!
If you babes follow me on instagram, you probably have watched the backstory of what I’ll be chatting about in this post. If you haven’t, let me give you guys some of said backstory.
Today after shooting some content for the blog, I met up with someone that means a great deal to me. To you guys she would be identified as a former boss (because technically that’s what she is), but to me she’s so much more. Her entry into my life was pretty unexpected. However, that’s how the best things come into one’s life most times: out of the blue and unexpectedly.
YO.
I’m finally getting back into the swing of things, including blogging since my kind of wild weekend. I know it’s Wednesday, but I’m not used to drinking or getting hammered three nights in a row. To be honest, if you’re someone who knows me pretty well, you know that I don’t do the whole ‘getting wild af‘ often. Pretty much never, but my girls dragged me out so I became down for the cause pretty quickly.
So you’re either one of two readers, reading this post.
You’re either someone who looooves self help books, despise self help books, or just don’t really care and want to stay connected with what I’m chatting about today. LOL, I’m kind of hoping for some of you babes, the third category is actually a thing.
Wait then. Did I say two readers? I guess there are actually three different types.
Personally, I’m neither a lover or extreme hater of self books — I’m mostly indifferent but at the surprising rate that self help books continue to be a thing and EVERYONE’S writing one I felt like speaking out.
