REST & RECOVER

Today’s blog post is nothing short of a message for us all. A message to rest and recover, so that peace and joy will remain with us always.

Personally I have found that when I take out the time to consciously rest and recover, I feel ready to face whatever may come my way.

So bear with me as I share why to rest and recover means to choose maintenance of the mind over everything else.

Don’t you think it’s time?

To rest and recover that is.

Spend today doing for yourself before doing for another. You’ve been through so much this week. Or maybe you’re preparing to face so much in the coming days.

Take the time to lay back and be at rest. Calm your mind down and your spirit.

Rest.

It was a bad day, but it surely won’t make for a bad life. That’s where recovery happens so that a bad life will not.

So won’t you just give yourself time to rest and recover?

We all deserve to take a break from the physical and emotional demand of life — resting and recovering in a place that is welcoming and safe.

So go ahead.

Give yourself permission to rest and recover, you owe yourself that much.

Rest now bbs.
