It’s a question that is often posed when it comes to the interaction between two interested parties. Society gives us the impression more often than not, that we have to be one or the other. That to be a realist is to miss out on the love and passion that a romantic encompasses and vice versa. But why? Why does it have to be one or the other? Oh the woes of cuffing season when you’re single. You go through phases where you’re wanting to be cuffed up and entertained to loving every second of spending time with yourself — by yourself. However, when the feeling of wanting to be cuffed takes over more often than not — our desire for companionship makes the possibility of making foolish decisions that much greater.
Foolish decisions such as revisiting the ex that in most cases should stay an ex.
The Oxford Dictionary defines, habit as an “action you do often and almost without thinking” as is the case when a routine is done daily with constant repetition.
By definition that is the beauty of daily habits. That you would become so accustomed to doing them that they would develop into a routine you don’t question — you just do.
