Let’s pop some champagne you guys! Today’s New Year’s Eve! WHOOOP! The year has probably flown by for some of you and dragged on for others. I’m so excited to enter into a new year! You guys have no idea. I’m so excited about what God has planned for me in the coming year. Common to many, the day of New Year’s Eve is not what people are most excited about, but the night time festivities ahead of them. Usually everyone’s biggest question for the night of New Year’s Eve is “What the heck am I going to wear to celebrate?!”
I think everyone wants to celebrate and show some skin, so I’m focusing on the legs. The legs are such an easy way to show off tons of skin without being too provocative. I believe showing off the legs still gives you that sensual feeling without being distasteful. Have you guessed that legs are my favorite thing to put on display yet?
For this look I chose a Tuxedo dress from Missguided. I love the fact that it’s long-sleeved, but still has a short hemline. I think it’s perfect for any night on the town with your boo or good girlfriends! I paired my look with strappy heels also from Missguided and an American Apparel pouch.
Black Tuxedo Dress: Missguided
For this look I went for something also long sleeved. Long sleeves for New Year’s Eve is clearly a theme in my wardrobe. A theme only because of the fact that Texas has decided to start getting nippy! It’s actually starting to feel like the first day of Winter was last week. Shocker! Much to the disbelief of many the look I have on is a ROMPER! It gives off the appearance of a dress, but it’s actually a romper. Surprise. To cinch the waste I added a Forever 21 belt and completed the look with Steve Madden heels. This look is perfect for the night before New Year’s because it’s comfortable, but still sensual.
