Let’s jump straight into some fashion talk!
As you guys know, I’ve recently become a major lover of the color black. From the clothing I wear to everything in between, I’ve been living in black. There’s just something so sophisticated and classic about it that I can’t get enough of.
So naturally, owning one little black dress (or five) is a must in my wardrobe and I think it should be in you babes’ as well.
Outside of black being the color that your mom either associated with the devil, her child turning into a full on gothic, or all the other bullshit in between — it’s actually a very easy to color to fall for. There’s way too many pros and not enough cons for peeps to full on hate the color black. Still…
It’s my belief that you can’t have enough of it, which is why owning more than three LBDs is not a sin, but more like a blessing.
One little black dress is good for dinner with your SO, a night out on the town with your gal pals, or a movie with friends. Imagine what three or more lbds are good for… tons of shit, basically.
So this look.
In the spirit of LBDs and my love for them, I’m wearing my favorite slip dress from here.
What I love about this slip dress (besides the fact that it’s black), is 1) that it’s extra versatile aka you can flip it into so many different looks, 2) it can be slipped on in .2 secs, and 3) it’s a type of silk material so extra comfy/super adjustable to whatever temp.
To add some definition to my slip dress, I threw on a crop top underneath! Lastly, I finished off the look with my fave slides from H&M because I’m always down for being comfortable.
I’m now off to get ready for sushi with the boys, and yes. I’m wearing an LBD hehehe. I think…? LOL.
Follow along with me tonight on my instastory (withlovethelms) as I chow down on some yummy (all you can freaking eat) sushi.
Let’s chat laters babes,
Thelms xx
