Happy Friday babes. After holding a poll on my Instagram account, you guys voted that you wanted to learn how to manifest the relationship you want. As always you babes ask, so I’ll always answer. Keep reading as I breakdown how to manifest the relationship you want in eight simple, but necessary steps.
#1 get specific about what you want & need in a partner.
The whole point of manifesting is to turn the idea of something into something tangible and long lasting. Make a list of sorts and figure out what is most important to you. What is a requirement that your next relationship have? What is it that you need in a partner? I was actually asked this by a coworker and for me: I need someone who prioritizes their faith, is big on communication, and values their family or familial ideals. Naturally as a woman, I have other things included in my list, but they aren’t dealbreakers. Not as much as the three I’ve listed are at least.
#2 Recognize your worth and wade in it
It is my belief that you can never properly manifest the relationship you want — looking for the right person or situation when you’re not right with yourself. This is more than someone trying to drill into you that you’re worthy. This is about believing it and wading in that belief. & when I say wade I simply mean basking in all that you are and all that you bring to the table. You guys I’m telling you. You get to acting different when you know your worth and what you deserve. In doing so, you recognize that your time is valuable and is not to be wasted on time wasters. You also come with a special type of energy that aids in manifesting the relationship you want & deserve.
#3 Correct past mistakes & make active moves to be the change you want to see in another
I believe this goes without saying. I think it’s safe to say that the relationship you wish to manifest is one rooted in faith, health, and love. In order to manifest a love so grand or a relationship so great, you have to enter the situation you’re praying for — better. In order to be better, you have to take hold of the past and actively make steps to be better because of your past. Don’t let the past deter you from your ultimate blessing (the relationship you want). Were you not the best at communicating? Did you struggle with being faithful? Do you have childhood trauma that negatively affects how you show love and accept it? These are critical issues that need your attention. Work on improving them and you can go into the new situation you wish to manifest, better because of doing so.
#4 Pray that the relationship you want aligns with what God wants
Now I know not everyone is Christian and knowing this, I implore you to call on your faith for this one. I am a Christian and all of my actions are rooted in that fact. With that being said, I believe it’s vital to pray for what you want & move in faith with the belief that you will get it. Be strong and unwavering in your belief that The Lord will do a wonderful thing in your life. That the season you’re manifesting will not only come to pass, but thrive in the environment you’ve manifested.
#5 Give thanks for the love you already have in your life
Though it is in most of our natures to want a relationship type of love, I don’t think we should ever forget — or be less grateful for the love that already surrounds us. That is the love from God, great friends, amazing family, and all those near and far that we come into contact with daily. Give thanks for that love. Celebrate that love. Cherish that love. So as you do so, the love that you desire in a partnership will be welcome in a space that love already lives and thrives.
#6 Don’t be discouraged by what feels like rejection
Naturally while doing what you can to manifest the relationship you want, there will be those that don’t fit the mold. That you may have seen potential in, but you’re shown why they can’t possibly be the one for you. Please don’t be discouraged. The fact that it did not work out with that person in no way makes you less of a person — no matter what they may or may not have said. Remember that each “rejection” or loss of someone you may have seen potential in is a blessing. Instead of wondering why they didn’t stick around or why it couldn’t work — change your mindset. Practicing statements like “Thank God I was shown why he or she wasn’t the one for me. Their absence is making room for the one always meant to take and remain grounded in the place (or space) they previously occupied.”
#7 Don’t be stagnant, get a move on
“Being idle is the devil’s workshop” my mom has been telling me this since I was young enough to truly understand what it means. & it’s so freaking true! Get a move on. Get up and be active, no matter what being active looks like for you. When we’re idle or stagnant, we tend to be bombarded with negative thoughts and notions. Also, nobody’s coming to find you right where you’re at. Get up and get moving. Your person will surely find you on the road to living your best life or while you are already there.
#8 Continue to look into yourself
Actively work on you babe. Continue showing up for yourself in all ways, always. You will find that no matter the circumstance, it will prove very beneficial.
To manifesting the relationship you want and loving yourself through it,
Thelms
