It’s never too late for a December beauty favorites chat, is there? I don’t think so. My favorites always consist of things I’m obsessing over for that month. It may not always be beauty, but it will always be a group of something. My December favorites just happen to be all beauty products this go around. I want to chat with you guys about why they are my favorites and if you like, you can grab it and chat about it with a friend. Over here, it’s all about sharing the love and spilling the 411! I wanna share a little love, and you can do me a favor and share a little love too in the comments below!
In December, I literally used every single product that I’m sharing with you guys, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. No jokes! I am an *obsessor (I so wish this was a word). Once I find a product that I love and can’t live without: I won’t ever live without it. You feel me? Let’s get into these beauty favorites for December!
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit is something that I refuse to live without. This amazing palette comes with 6 different shades; three for highlighting and three for contouring. This is every girl’s dream come true. The perfect shades are available to sculpt the face, define those cheekbones, and enhance that under eye brightness. I was first introduced to this by my girl Brittney at Sephora! She’s the best. I told her I was looking for something to define my face and warm it up because it was looking a bit ashy. I was formerly using the Kat Von D Shadelight palette for contouring and the shade selection wasn’t becoming to my skin. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit is the epitome of WARMTH, sealed in a little bottle with the prettiest of bows wrapped around it. Obsessed.
The Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector gives me all kinds of hallelujahs, amens, and won’t he do it life. This product is just too good. Now, I know everyone loves the Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop Highlighter, but it doesn’t really go that awesome on my skin. I however have learned a new trick, since hearing that the highlighter it no longer going to be limited edition. It’s going to be in stores permanently everywhere very soon! Hearing that made me more determined than ever to use it, so I now pack it on top of the Topaz shade for a lasting effect. Anyway, back to the awesomeness that is the Topaz Shimmering Skin Perfector! This highlighter gives me the perfect amount of bronze glow. I have yellow undertones, so anything with that formula containing golden hues is my type of product! Go purchase and thank me later. You will not regret it especially if you’re a feen for a good glow and pack on Champagne Pop on top. #HIGHLIGHTGOALS
These Tony Moly facial masks that I discovered at the start of December have been a lifesaver! I’m all about skincare and finding new products on my skin that could have the potential of making it better is always a bonus. The Tony Moly mask comes with two in a set. They have a variation of masks under this brand that address different skin issues, but the lemon infused have been my favorite for the month. This mask transforms my skin from dull and lackluster, to radiant in a matter of 20-30 minutes. It will definitely be considered part of the beauty favorites for months to come!
The Degree Dry Spray Deodorants are the bomb! I haven’t always been fortunate to find the right antiperspirants for me and when I was younger. I constantly switched between a lot of different brands trying to find the one that met my body’s needs. Since then, I have found a few that meet my needs. However, after discovering these, they definitely take the cake. The scents that I’ve chosen give off very minimal aromas! They smell good, but they’re not strong which is awesome because they won’t compete with your perfume. The Degree Dry Spray does not leave you with sweat spots and you remain dry even through the most strenuous of activities.
The CeraVe Suncreen and this Jergens Body Cream have my heart. I use the sunscreen particularly for my face because it is a facial sunscreen. Before putting on makeup and moisturizer, it acts as a great base for what ever products I will be applying. It’s super light while still being creamy. It dissolves pretty nicely into this skin, although it can be just a little pasty at times. Personally I like that because the foundation I’d be applying after is golden. The pasty color helps kind of mellow out the golden shade of my foundation by just a tad. I love it.
The Body Cream is made with coconut milk and you guys know anything involving coconut is my latest obsession. This cream is supposed to improve skin’s tone as well texture because it’s infused with a bunch a of antioxidants. Yes, yes, and yes. It does all of that and more for me. Due to it being a cream, it’s a lot thicker which means more moisturizing. However, it comes on very lightweight. It’s the best of both worlds and right up my alley!
You guys know at this point that I can’t live without my trusty Marc Jacobs lipgloss, right? I am not a fan of lipgloss, but this product by Marc Jacobs has completely changed my opinion. It’s so moisturizing! This amazeballs lipgloss isn’t sticky and annoying. It adds the perfect amount of sheen without looking like I’ve slabbed a pot’s worth of grease on my lips.

January 27, 2016 at 7:35 pmMy beauty favorites for the month of December would be my Kat Von D lock it foundation, my beauty blender, and NARS creamy concealer. Those are my FAVE makeup items at the moment. For skin care, I am loving St. Ive’s apricot scrub. It is gentle on my skin, yet exfoliates better than any scrub I’ve ever used. On top of that, its super inexpensive!
LOVE your blog btw <3
