Good morning babes. Monday’s over, which is always exciting because that’s one less day till the week is over and it’s the weekend. Today is going to be a little hectic, but somehow I’m sure I’ll manage — simply because it’s not the absolute start of the week and I’m going to be comfy in my college tee. Who feels like they can deal with so much after the shock of Monday returning so quickly subsides? Please say meeee. We’re all in this together!
Today’s outfit is all about being comfortable, but not looking lazy. In high school, I hardly ever got t-shirts for free and sometimes hated having to buy a shirt for every event at school. The pressure to buy a t-shirt that I probably wouldn’t wear after I graduated was pretty intense, believe it or not! Knowing, I’d more than likely stick out like a sore thumb, I would succumb and get the shirt. In college, let’s just say it’s a way better deal.
Most shirts you snag in college are FREE. By the way if you didn’t know, that’s my favorite four letter word! With all of the apartment fairs, health fairs, and honestly fairs just to put fair on the flyer events; it was hard not to get swamped with all kinds of t-shirts.
I have so many different colors, different styles… way too many options, that makes saying no to t-shirts everyday really hard at times. Wearing a college tee doesn’t mean you have to look lazy though! I DIE for a great tee, but I die more for adding some flare to it and not looking like the typical lazy college student. Grab some heels or cute flats, accessorize with some jewelry, and even possibly spice the look up with a biker jacket — putting the stereotype of lazy college students to shame, one college tee at a time.
