Can you guys believe that the year is about to come to an end? 2020 is almost here! I remember so clearly what I was doing at the start of the year so to think back on that — then look at where I’m at today… wild. Ahh 2019. With the year coming to an end, a lot of us will be doing a lot of reflection and introspection.
Whether that means conjuring up ways to do better in the coming year. OR, coming up with a game plan to make 2020 our best year yet. In light of that, today’s post is how I’m preparing for 2020 and making sure that it’s my best year yet. I hope my tips help make your 2020 just as remarkable as I plan on making mine.

#1 leave the past, in the past
What’s done is already done. You do yourself a disservice when you focus on what was. Instead spend time looking forward to what will be. Good things are on the horizon y’all. The new year is a time for rebirth, change, and overall growth.
#2 Start claiming success and good fortune NOW
2020 is almost here, isn’t it? Start speaking all the things you hope to be yours into existence now. Claim prosperity. Claim good fortune. Manifest that shit y’all. There is power in the tongue. What you speak, you will believe, and ultimately achieve.
#3 Make a list and check it twice
Who else was feeling my Christmas play on words lol? Anyway. Start writing down the things you hope to achieve in the new year and how you will make each thing possible. Idk you guys. There’s something so powerful about putting the pencil to the pad and seeing what you desire up close. Check it often and set limits on when you need to get things shaking by. Believe that success is your destiny, then start acting like it.
#4 PRAY PRAY PRAY
I believe that through prayer all things are possible. Speak to Christ about the desires of your heart. Talk to him. Cry to him. Pray to him and ask that the path you have for your life aligns with the plans he has for you. Through faith and understanding, God’s will shall always manifest.
I hope these little gems make planning for a successful 2020 that much easier.
