Good morning gals! Ever since sharing my Fall Beauty Routine, a ton of you babes have been hitting up my DMs wondering what other gems I love or use.
SO, I figured what better time than now to share those gems (must have beauty products) + a breakdown of why they’re products you NEED in your life.
(starting from top left)
Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb perfume: You guys there was a time when this was all the rage when I was in high school. Practically every babe owned this beautiful bottle of perfume. The packaging is so beautiful, made to look like the perfect pink diamond. The smell of the perfume is spellbounding and in recent months, I’ve fallen back in love with it. This perfume is perfect for an aftershower touch up, date night, or any activities in between. It offers the perfect sense of femininity, which is sure to leave others swooning after you off scent alone.
Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector: THIS PRODUCT IS LIFE. I can’t begin to tell you how much love y’all will have for this product after the first use. After all, that’s how I fell in love with it — after one use exactly. If you babes are like me and get a bit oily from time to time when you go out, this is the product for you. It does wonders to zap up any moisture that might accumulate in your t-zone area, without causing your face to feel tight and constricted like most primers do. A little goes a long way to ensuring that your face remains perfectly matte throughout whatever event you’re at. This primer will change your life. I promise.
Mac Cosmetics Powder Blush in Sunbasque: I have been in love with this blush for as long as I can remember. It works so well with my skintone and with its peachy pearl undertone, it’s easy to see that it could work for differing skin tones as well. The blush is also pretty awesome because it has a shimmer and blush aspect to it. It allows for you to glow like highlight would, while adding a bit of color like blush is meant to do.
Kate Somerville ExfoliKate: Everyone needs this exfoliant in their life, I kid ya not. There’s something so refreshing about the way the beads work through the skin and remove all kinds of gunk from it. The scent is so refreshing as well giving off hints of papaya, pumpkin, and pineapple. Talk about an in house facial sesh!
Shiseido Moisturizing Cream: Whenever I lather up with this product, I’m almost positive my face is singing to the heavens with joy. Shiseido in itself is a really awesome reputable brand, known for its skin enrichment qualities and this product from them is no different. I personally love it because it does wonders to combat uneven pores, blemish marks on the skin, and texture issues. Every babe needs this in their lives, especially us youngins.
Murad Acne Kit: Pimples and blemishes be gone! In the event that I have a pesky pimple that refuses to skedaddle, these are the products I reach for in my vanity. They all play their specific role in combatting acne, excess oil, and large pores that get out of hand. They’re a must have in every babes bathroom and even on travel trips as well!
Kat Von D Lock-It Concealer Creme: Though I’m a huge fan of the Mac Cosmetics Pro Longwear Concealer (always and forever), this product comes in clooooose 1st and a half place. If that’s even a thing. I love that the formula is creamy, rich, and full coverage. For those days when tired eyes is all I see, this product does wonders to conceal all the little things that don’t need to be rearing its ugly head. I also really really love concealer, so I’m always super appreciative of any that fulfill my desires.
Marc Jacobs Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lipgloss: While I’ve never been a huge fan of lip glosses, these days I’m singing a completely different tune. I’m a natural girl when it comes to my lips, so I hardly ever have lipstick on. I rather stick to a good lip liner, vaseline, and recently a touch of lip gloss with a hint of color that’s still me. This lip gloss is the perfect add-on to any neutral lip color. It allows for the perfect amount of shine without being overwhelming in tone. My lips don’t smack together in that gross way most lips do when wearing lip gloss, which is what I love the most. The gloss is also long lasting without having to constantly reapply through the night or day.
Lancome Foundation: The bomb diggity, plain and simple. I love everything about this foundation from the coverage, to the natural finish, to the brand itself. I especially love that I never have to use a lot to get the coverage I want, or sometimes need. It has the most perfect velvety finish that lasts up to a whole day. Y’all I kid you not. I have worn this foundation once, from 9am to 11 something at night and minus a touch or two, it looked amazing. I also find that this foundation is pretty awesome for days when I just need a little bit of color, to brighten up my complexion from looking dead ass tired. Ya know?
Tata for now,
Thelms xx
